Is parking included in a reservation?
Parking is available to all guests at no additional cost.
What are your cleaning service policies?
Our housekeeping staff are available daily to provide fresh towels and supplies. Cleaning services are provided every third day unless otherwise requested. For dry cleaning or specialty cleaning, please see our front desk for a recommendation in our area.
What are your pool and deck policies?
The pool and all outdoor areas are accessible and available for all guests 8am to 10pm. No lifeguard is on duty. Please be considerate of all guests in the early and evening hours. No glass items or coolers are allowed. The outdoor bar is open 7 days a week.
How many people can a room accommodate?
King suites accommodate up to 4. Double Deluxe (2 QB) rooms up to 6.Â
Is there an additional charge for more than one guest?
No, however additional guests must remain within the room limitations noted.
Do you allow group gatherings?
All onsite amenities are available to our guests exclusively, aside from typical friends and family visits. Large groups and gatherings are to be scheduled as an event and subject to fees and availability. Please contact Oasis Bay Suites’ management staff for details.
Do you offer any government, military, senior citizen, or auto club rates?
Yes. Valid Identification is required upon check-in. Special rates are subject to availability. Please contact the front desk at (813) 971-8930 for military rates available.
What is your cancellation policy?
- 72 Hours Notice required for a refund or credit to be applied to a future stay. Guests will be responsible for the first day. Â
- 24 Hours Notice for a full credit to rebook at a later date (except in the case of sickness, extreme weather or hardship, please contact management).
- No shows will be billed for the first day of your reservation.
What is your smoking policy?
No smoking or vaping in any rooms or indoor spaces. Smoking is relegated to outdoors only. Violation of this policy will result in expulsion from the property and financial responsibility for damages.
Is there an in-room safety box to store my valuables?
Yes, each room is equipped with a private, secure safe.
How can I receive mail/packages?
Mail and packages may be mailed to 3001 University Center Dr, Tampa, 33612, FL, United States. Guests may pick up packages at the front desk. If a package is not picked up within 24-48 hours, guests will receive a reminder as notification to pick up their package. Items not picked up within one week of arrival are subject to being discarded.
